Dr. Tyler Seibert, MD, PhD is a clinical translational scientist and leads a research team that tackles real-world clinical problems through engineering approaches. Their efforts center on two fronts:

1) Develop advanced quantitative imaging biomarkers to detect cancer, guide precision therapy, and assess treatment response

2) Develop predictive genetic risk models to guide clinical decision-making

Dr. Seibert's lab participates in the UC San Diego Center for Multimodal Imaging and Genetics, a dynamic, interdisciplinary group of clinicians, engineers, and physicists.
